Shrumfuzed PS5 + Grand Theft Auto VI Giveaway

1. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. local time and ends on 12/21/26 at 9PM local time (“Promotion Period”). The winner is scheduled to be selected on or about December 22, 2026.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to eligible customers who:

• Are legal residents of the United States in a jurisdiction where the Giveaway is lawful;
• Meet the applicable minimum age requirement;
• Are enrolled in the Good Vibes Club rewards program; and
• Otherwise comply with these Official Rules.

Employees, owners, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Method 1 — Purchase a Qualifying Product: During the Promotion Period, an eligible Good Vibes Club member will receive 1 digital entry for every qualifying Shrumfuzed product purchased (e.g., 2 products = 2 entries).

Method 2 — Free Alternative Method of Entry: No purchase is necessary. Eligible individuals may obtain entries by completing the Sponsor's free Giveaway entry process at our Free Entry Page.

4. The Prize

One eligible winner will receive:

• One PlayStation 5 console
• One copy of Grand Theft Auto VI

The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, substituted, or transferred. If Grand Theft Auto VI has not yet been commercially released, Sponsor may provide a preorder or digital entitlement where available.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about December 22, 2026. The potential winner will be contacted using the information associated with their Good Vibes Club account and must respond within 3 to 5 business days.

6. Shrumfuzed BOGO Promotion

During the promotional period, participating locations may offer "Buy One Shrumfuzed Product, Get One 50% Off." The discount applies to the qualifying item of equal or lesser value. Receiving or using a BOGO discount is not required to enter the Giveaway.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Entrants may not create fraudulent accounts, manipulate the entry system, automate entries, or submit entries using another person's identity. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules.
