Chocolate Shipping Policy

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of chocolate products, all chocolate sales are final. Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot control the temperatures, handling, delays, or other conditions it may encounter during transit. As a result, we cannot guarantee that chocolate products will arrive without melting, softening, blooming, or other heat-related changes.

By purchasing chocolate products for shipment, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for chocolate products affected during shipping.
